Honey glazed ham

Ingredients
- Leg of ham
- Cloves
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tsp French mustard
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions

Remove rind and score the ham across and diagonally to form a diamond pattern.

Insert clove into each of the diamond-shaped spaces.

Mix together rest of ingredients and spread over ham.

Bake in moderate oven for around an hour, basting half way through cooking, until warmed through and golden brown.
