Raspberry-Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip , thawed
  • red food coloring , optional
  • 1 cup fresh raspberry
  • 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk and lime juice; mix well.

  2. Mixture should thicken.

  3. Add Cool Whip and food coloring if desired.

  4. Fold in raspberries.

  5. Spoon mixture into pie crust.

  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
