Horseradish Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Katchup

Directions

  1. Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes, drain and discard milk

  2. Stir in all ingredients together.

  3. Crumble beef on top mix in and shape

  4. Spread Ketchup on top

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 Minutes.
