Kahlua

Ingredients

  • 1 12-cup pot very strong coffee
  • 3 tbsp Swiss Mocha International delight
  • 1 tbsp Instant coffee
  • 2 lbs. light brown sugar - only use 3/4 of the bag
  • 6 tablespoons Pure Natural VAINILLA, concentrated flavor (something we picked up in Mexico)
  • 1 1/2 400ml bottles of 190 proof Everclear (total of 600ml)

Directions

  1. Bring coffee to a boil in large stock pot.

  2. Gradually add 3/4 of a bag light brown sugar, instant coffee, swiss mocha, and return to boil stirring constantly.

  3. Let cool until room temperature. (add 1 cup of ice to cool faster and place pot in sink of cold water).

  4. When completely cool, stir in the vanilla and everclear.

  5. It is ready to serve and/or transfer into refillable bottles.

  6. Use as a primary ingredient for White Russians, Black Russians, Espresso Martini, and more.
