Bacon Cheddar Egg Bake

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cup bread cubes
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/16 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  2. Spread bread cubes across bottom.

  3. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top.

  4. In small mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, and black pepper.

  5. Pour over bread and cheese mixture.

  6. Freeze

  7. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffy, and a tester inserted comes out clean.
