Chili Cheese Dip

Cook time: 3 minutes
Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 2 - 15 oz cans No Bean Chili
  • 1 - 4 oz can diced Green Chiles
  • 1 lb or 1/2 box Kraft Velveeta
  • 1/4 cup salsa (optional / your choice)

Directions

  1. Cube or cut cheese into smaller pieces to speed melting.

  2. In large sauce pan, melt cheese, add green chiles, chili, and salsa.

  3. Simmer and stir for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and blended with all other ingredients.

  4. Transfer to small crock pot and place on low.

  5. Serve with about 2 bags of your favorite tortilla chips.
