Chicken Nuggets w/Duck Sauce

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg chicken cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 can Cornflake crumbs
  • 2 tbsp duck sauce, generous
  • dash salt

Directions

  1. Cut chicken cutlets into nuggets, preferably when slightly frozen

  2. Beat up the 2 eggs and coat the nuggets

  3. Dredge, roll, or cover somehow with cornflake crumbs

  4. Fry in hot oil.

  5. Mix in the duck sauce.
