Basic Kreamy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 C fruit (banana, pineapple, persimmon, kiwi and/or blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, etc)
  • 1/4 C agave or 1/3 C dates
  • 2 C water
  • ice (optional)

Directions

  1. If using almonds, blend those with water first. Then filter mylk.

  2. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth.

  3. Add ice, if using, and mix well. Serve immediately.

  4. Will keep for 1 day in fridge.
