Glazed Doughnut Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz)pkg refrigerated cookie dough, room temperature Rec. Pillsbury
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp brandy extract
  • prepared vanilla frosting
  • Drippy Icing:
  • 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 drop of yellow food coloring

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Knead dough with flour, adding in two parts and brandy extract. Break into 2 pieces. Roll each piece into a 6 inch long rope. On an ungreased cookie sheet, shape roll like a doughnut, pinching ends together. Freeze 10mins. Bake for 10-12 mins. Cookies should be just lightly golden on top. Cool completely. Frost each piece with vanilla frosting. Drizzle drippy frosting over cookies.

  3. Drippy Icing:

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Tint with 1 drop of food coloring. Add more powdered sugar for stiffer consistency. Drizzle over cookies.
