Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
  • 16oz fat free sour cream
  • 2 cups of fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 30 reduced fat Ritz crackers
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Boil chicken and shred. Combine sour cream and soup. In a 9×13 dish layer chicken and soup mix. Then crush crackers and placed on top. Bake at 350 until heated through.
