Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can of whole yellow corn
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 melted stick of butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 package of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Pour mixture into a greased 9X13 casserole dish

  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
