Joan’s Chicken pie

Ingredients

  • Whole chicken or four to six breasts with skin
  • 1 can each:
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • Cream of celery soup
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Veg-all drained
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 sticks melted butter

Directions

  1. Cook and debone chicken.

  2. Grease casserole (9 by 13)

  3. Layer chicken, cr. of celery, vegetables, cr. of mushroom, cr. of chicken in casserole.

  4. Mix flour, milk, and melted butter together and pour over layers.

  5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
