Pesto Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 8 cups popped corn
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  1. In a saucepan cook the garlic in the oil for 1 minute (don’t brown). Stir in the basil and

  2. parsley. Drizzle over the popcorn.

  3. Sprinkle with the cheese and mix well.

  4. Makes 8 cups.
