Chicken and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 jar (6oz.) artichoke hearts marinated and undrained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 prebaked pizza crust (10-12oz.)
  • 4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 11/2 cups (6oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cooking Instructions:

  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  3. Cut Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets into ¾ inch pieces.3.Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts.

  4. Place artichoke liquid in large nonstick skillet and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook until most of liquid has evaporated, about 1 minute.

  5. Add chicken and garlic to skillet. Cook chicken 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

  6. Stir in artichoke hearts. Remove from heat.

  7. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; top evenly with tomato slices. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese.

  8. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
