Lady Finger Torte

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg Lady Fingers
  • 11 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • can of pie blueberries or cherries, etc.

Directions

  1. Line sides and bottom of spring form pan with lady fingers. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese and sugar that has been creamed together. Spread half of cream mixture over lady fingers. Then another layer of lady fingers, then rest of cream mixture. Spread blueberry topping on top. Refrigerate overnight.
