Granola (Cherry Almond)

Ingredients

  • 4 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 C Coconut
  • 2 C Sliced Almonds
  • 1 1/2 C Dried Cherries-chopped
  • 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 C Honey
  • 2 t Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Toss the first four ingredients together. Spread on a baking sheet with sides.

  2. Mix together the oil, honey and cinnamon. Pour over the oat mixture and toss to coat.

  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes stirring it every five minutes
