Cheesy Ravioli bake

Ingredients

  • 12oz large cheese ravioli
  • 2c spinach
  • 1 1/2c marinara sauce
  • 1oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3/4oz mozz cheese
  • 2T parm

Directions

  1. Oven 425

  2. Put spinach in colander in sink.

  3. In bowl, mix sauce and and tomatoes. In a smaller bowl, mix cheeses.

  4. Cook ravioli in salted water until they float. Drain over spinach.

  5. Add ravioli and spinach to marinara mixture. Cover bottom of gratin dish, sprinkle with 1/3 cheese mix. Repeat, finishing with cheese.

  6. Bake 10-12 min.
