Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 5-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 - 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat milk, pudding mix and spice with wire whisk for 1 minute. Mixture will be very thick. Whisk in pumpkin. Stir in whipped topping. Spread in crust.

  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
