Easy Harvest Apple Ring

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 T. milk

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough into 16 triangles. Arrange in a circle on a greased 14" pizza pan with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward the outside. There should be a 3" open diameter in the center.

  2. Spoon fruit filling evenly over dough to within 2 1/2" of outside points of dough and 1/2" of center edge. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under base at center. Filling will not be completely covered.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine sugar and milk; mix until smooth. Drizzle over warm apple ring. Serve warm.
