Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All Bran® cereal
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/4 cup bran
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 3/4 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease 12 muffin tins.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon), put aside.

  3. Mix rest of ingredients together, add dry mixture. Mix.

  4. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.
