Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • Topping
  • 3 rolls, defrosted and crumbled
  • 1/2c grated parm
  • 2T parsley
  • 3T olive oil
  • 1t italian herb blend
  • Filling
  • 1 16oz pkg reames noodles; cooked, drained, rinsed
  • 2t veg oil
  • 1c chopped onion
  • 1c diced yellow squash
  • 1c peas
  • 3c diced cooked turkey
  • 2c alfredo sauce
  • 1/2c grated parm

Directions

  1. oven 350

  2. Combine topping ingreds and set aside

  3. Heat oil in pan and add onions and cook 3-4 min.

  4. Add yellow squash and saute 3-4 min

  5. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingreds.

  6. Place in a prepared 9 × 13, cover with topping and bake 30-35 min
