Pot-de-Crème

Nothing included about cooking the custard, only the scalded milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (scalded)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Put in blender and blend.

  2. Add mixture to Pot-de-Crème. Makes a lot. Can be put in cups, etc. Add a dab of whipping cream on top.
