Roasted Green Beans

I often substitute the Italian dressing with other marinades.

Cook time: 32 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh or frozen whole green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 orange or yellow pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 red onion, cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozerrella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except cheese.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

  4. Add cheese; bake for for 2 minutes.
