Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 - 8 oz Tomato Sauce (divided)
  • 2 lbs ground beef

Directions

  1. Set aside one 8 oz can of Tomato Sauce to pour on top of meatloaf. Combine the rest of the ingredients and put in loaf pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 45 mins. Drain fat. Add sauce and cook an additional 15 mins.
