Grilled Corn on Cob

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick butter, softened)
  • 2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Husk corn; remove silk. Rinse under cold water, shaking off excess water.

  3. Wrap each ear in foil.

  4. Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until corn is tender, turning occasionally.

  5. Remove from grill, unwrap corn.

  6. Meanwhile, mix butter, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Spread butter mixture on corn.
