Hot Fudge Sauce (dessert Fondue)

Great for dipping strawberries, bananas, angel food cake, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • Milk, if needed

Directions

  1. In small, heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and slightly thickened (less than 5 minutes). Thin with regular milk as needed for fudge sauce.
