Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 T minced scallions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
  • Zest, juice of 1 lemon (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, blend all of the ingredients. Shape into 4 patties

  2. Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side (or until cooked through).
