15 minute Chili and Rice Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup white minute rice (uncooked)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Directions

  1. Bring chili and water to boil in medium saucepan.

  2. Stir in rice.

  3. Cover.

  4. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

  5. Spoon approx 1/2 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla.

  6. Top with cheese and sour cream, and fold up.
