Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Chicken Breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 1 Can Chiles, chopped
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 Can Refried beans
  • 1 Package Flour Tortilla
  • 1 Package Shredded Cheese (1/2 Monterrey Jack - 1/2 Cheddar)

Directions

  1. Take 9×13 inch casserole dish and spread refried beans on bottom. In the Flour Tortilla add cook chicken and a little cheese, and roll up. Place on top of beans. Heat in medium pot the soup and chiles. Pour on top of tortillas. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
