French Toast – Holiday Style

Ingredients

  • 12 Slices Cinnamon Raison Bread, Dry & Firm
  • 2 Cups Eggnog
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Confectioner's sugar

Directions

  1. Cut bread into 1 inch strips (or in third strips), trimming crust from edges. Pour eggnog into shallow bowl and dip each strip of bread. Coat well. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook bread on both side until golden brown. Dust w/ confectioners’ sugar.
