Seafood Cheese Fondue 2

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Scallop/Crab/ or Shrimp
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Pound Swiss or Gruyere Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 Loaf French Bread loaf, Cut in 1 1/2 Pieces

Directions

  1. Chop seafood finely in food processor. Put wine and garlic powder into 1 qt dish. Microwave for 5 minutes. Add cheese to Seafood in food processor and pour in hot wine. Blend for 2 minutes.

  2. Return mixture to dish and microwave, uncovered, for 4 minutes, stirring at 2 minutes. Place in fondue pot and serve w/ bread.
