Stuffed Sea Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Jumbo SeaShells
  • 2 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, Grated
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Dash Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Pepper
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Ricotta Cheese
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Spinach, Thawed (Optional), Drained; Dried.

Directions

  1. Cook Seashells 10 minutes; Drain. Mix remaining ingredients leaving 1/2 cup mozzarella to the side and the spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells. Put some sauce in bottom of 13×9 dish. Place stuffed shells on top. Pour sauce over shells. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and then parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 minutes.

  2. VARIATION: Add 10 oz uncooked, thawed Spinach to mixture for Florentine.
