upside down banana split pie

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1ST LAYER:
  • 1 stick soft butter, not melted
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2ND LAYER:
  • Bananas, sliced
  • Crushed pineapple
  • 3RD LAYER:
  • Cool Whip
  • Maraschino cherries for top
  • Peanuts, crushed for top

Directions

  1. Melt butter, then mix with graham cracker crumbs. Pack down to bottom of 13 × 9 × 2 inch pan. Mix soft butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla together. Should make a pudding like thickness. Pour on top of crust evenly, then slice bananas on top. Drain pineapple and spread on top. Soften Cool Whip for easy spreading and smooth it over pineapple. Garnish with cherries and peanuts. Keep refrigerated
