Ingredients
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/3 c milk
- 1T oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4c nutella
- 1/3c semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2c sugar
- 1/4c unsweet cocoa powder
- 3/4c boiling water
Directions

Oven 350

in med bowl, combine flour, 1/4c sugar, baking powder, 1/4t salt

add milk, oil, vanilla and whisk until smooth.

stir in nutella and chocolate pieces.

pour into casserole dish.

in same bowl combine 1/2c sugar and cocoa. stir in water and piur over batter.

bake for 35-40 min.
