Chinese Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs ramen noodles and flavoring
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 small bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar (white or cider)
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Break up noodles into large bowl. Add flavoring packets

  2. Mix with cabbage.

  3. Combine oils, vinegar, and sugar. Toss with cabbage and noodles. Add nuts and onions.

  4. Let stand 30-60 minutes before serving.
