Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried pimento
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, broken
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 whole chicken

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in water; cool and debone. Shred.

  2. Add rest of ingredients; cook slowly on stovetop till vegetables are tender.
