Easy Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 32 oz. salsa + more
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • flour tortillas
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Place first four ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. At the last minute, remove the chicken, shred and return to crockpot. Serve as filling for tortillas, using other ingredients as condiments.
