Chicken Dijon

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Italian style bread crumbs
  • parmesan cheese
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Make a sauce of butter, garlic, Worcestershire, and mustard. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and parsely together. Dip chicken in sauce, then in crumbs. Freeze on cookie sheets and store in freezer. Cook from fresh or frozen. 375 for about 30 minutes
