Crunchy Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup wheatgerm
  • 3/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup mix of flaxseed, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup oil (coconut?)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients; mix honey, oil, water and vanilla. Add to dry mix. Spread into two greased 11×14 cookie sheets.

  2. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes, stirring twice.

  3. Cool in pans without stirring. Add dried fruit, if desired (raisins, craisins, etc.) Store in airtight container.
