Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Melt cheese in milk, then simmer all ingredients 10-15 minutes, whisking often. Salt to taste.
