Desert Pavlova – Large

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1.5 cups caster sugar
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Put oven to 170c.

  2. Cover oven tray with foil.

  3. Whip egg whites till stiff.

  4. Gradually add caster sugar while whipping.

  5. Add cornflour, vinegar and vanilla.

  6. Fold in gently – (turn beater down to low).

  7. Put out on foil (allow for 1 inch spread).

  8. Put in oven for 10 minutes.

  9. Then turn oven down to 150c until firm.

  10. Decorate with whipped cream and goodies.
