Smoky bell pepper pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 lg roasted bell peppers
  • 1 jarred chipotle pepper in adobo, chopped
  • 1/4t garlic
  • 2T almonds, toasted
  • 1t oregano
  • 2T evoo

Directions

  1. Combine in food processor.
