Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • I large dark chocolate bar, chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk together cream and spices, bring to simmer, then add chocolate. Melt all together. Pour into bowl and chill a couple of hours.

  2. Set out about 15 minutes to bring to room temperature. Use small ice cream scoop. Roll truffles in variety of toppings: coconut, chopped chocoate cookies, chopped pistachios, cocoa powder – your choice!
