Saturday Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 (31 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 onion, quartered

Directions

  1. Brown bacon and drain off fat. Combine in a 2-quart casserole with rest of the ingredients. Top with additional bacon if desired. Bake uncovered in slow oven at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
