Aunt Dorothy’s 4-Layer Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 8-oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant pudding (butterscotch or chocolate)
  • 3 cups milk, very cold

Directions

  1. first 3 ingredients together and press in cake pan or pie plate. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool.

  2. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread on top of first layer.

  3. Beat instant pudding mix and milk until smooth and spread on top of second layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.

  4. Can grate a chocolate bar over top.
