Chicken Gwenda’s Lovely Legs

Ingredients

  • 1kg Lovely legs
  • 1 pkt french onion soup
  • 3 level tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Directions

  1. Sprinke soup over chicken legs.

  2. Mix honey and wine together and pour over chicken.

  3. Cover with foil and bake at 160c for 1 1/2 hours.

  4. Remove foil and cook further 30 mins or until nicely lightly browned.

  5. Serve with roast vegies or stirfry.
