Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut into sm. pieces
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 head, finely shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. chicken ramen
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced
  • Dressing:
  • Seasoning from noodles
  • 1 tbsp. sugar or 1 pkg. equal
  • 1/2 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Break up dry noodles. Mix with cabbage, chicken and onions. Pour dressing. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Top with sesame and almonds.

  2. You can substitute crab, shrimp, turkey or tuna.
