Artichoke Dip

I’ve had this recipe for years. It’s slightly different from anything I’ve been able to find on line. This dip is always the first to go at parties…even when I double it, which I always do!

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. green onions, finely minced
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and butter a shallow baking dish that can be used for serving.

  2. Drain artichokes well; dice into small pieces. Add mayonnaise and cheese, garlic, onions and lemon juice. Mix well. Place mixture in prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes until browned.
