Old-fashioned pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add in egg, milk and 2 Tbsp butter. Whisk from the center, slowly incorporating the flour. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook on griddle.
