Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey or molasses
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 2 T paprika
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 2 slabs ribs

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Simmer for 45-60 minutes.

  3. Place ribs on a baking sheet and brush with barbeque sauce on both sides.

  4. Grill over a medium hot fire turning a few times until they are glazed- 10 to 15 minutes.
